Tau escapee comes to see sick momma

This was so weird and touching. There are probably 5 escapee taus that got out, they're the same color as my carpet, so almost impossible to find.Mamma Tau is getting old fast, I found her on the bottom of her cage. She isn't long for this world, but I gave her some honey. Then one of the escapee taus comes to see its mother! Crazy!

This happened yesterday, momma tau is still alive, but I doubt she has much longer.

95 days since the adult molt.This seems to be a very short lived species. The male only lived for 3 weeks!
