Tinkerbell my euchomenella macrops wanted to show off her stunning beauty and her magnificent nub wings. During her final molt the inner set didn't fully pump/dry straight and stayed crinkled, spreading her outer set to the sides. Please note the commentary above the pictures is her words night mine. ^.~

Come Hither... yes closer... closer... okay too close...

Do you see the stunning spread on these beasts? Pathetic humans you can only wish you could fly like me.

Why are the inner ones crinkled? Of course I did that so my outer set would spread out for proper display.

Beautiful! One of the species I want.
Please let me know if you manage to find any. I love this species but Rebecca was the only one I knew who had any current breeding stock going and her line kind of fissiled out last I checked. u___u
lol Those are the most darling little wings. Are they pretty useless?
Lol, if by useless you mean as a far as flight than yes. Although, don't tell Tinkerbell that, she is convinced she can fly. All the girls get tiny little nub wings however they usually fold up smoothly. It is so adorable when they rustle them on occasion and you see the tiny wings flutter before relaxing back in place. The males of this species on the other claw get a full set of wings and are pretty good fliers.

LOL! cute little bud wings :)

When doing some macro shots of my nymphs, I noticed tiny bud wings on some of my

sphodro's that I didnt know were there.

Just little teeny tiny ones :)

And yes, utterly useless ;)
