Last week, I met Aiko at a local *$. Thanks to her I am now a fellow keeper of aliens. The *$ crowd gave us a few weird looks as we passed around the deli containers of insects. She was SO generous to give me two unicorn nymphs (L3), one of her adult male orchids, and some feeder housefies. She has been raising a huge crew of unicorns. The orchid male is getting hospice end of life care; he's had a full and active adult life to date - trip to NJ, mating, trip home. Hopefully he'll live a couple of months more - very cool mantid.

Thanks to Aiko's generosity, my kids and I are really enjoying this endevour. I appreciate reading all the informative posts and have learned so much. Thanks also to others have answered questions personally.
