Could be worrying too much, but i have a violin mantis i received maybe a month ago.She has yet to Molt. She is in a screen container, correct humidity and heat,Although i have recently started raising humidity slightly due to it not molting yet. Anyways I've notice the last few days the mantis try's to re-leave itself from the bug waste and it ends up having bits of excrement stuck to the tip of his body. Ive notice her try to kick it away with a back leg once. Im guessing i need to further raise the humidity? with how fragile the species is,i just wanted to be careful. Any suggestions?

@wowAbug A Violin mantis (Gongylus gongylodes) can be rather fragile.

It can be a difficult species and is not recommend for unskilled mantid husbandry keepers, see the caresheet here. Some caresheets for them found online only recommend the species for advanced or expert keepers. There are some keepers who have luck with them, others have issues, so it seems the building/house (your home) their habitat is in may play a large part of that.

Humidity is said to be only 40-50% RH for the species; however, most keepers only have good results if the mantid is kept in mesh habitats for the airflow.

The only suggestions I have is to take photos of your mantid tank itself, find out what RH it has (aka room humidity) using a hygrometer, and especially take photos of the mantid and the frass (poop) you are referring to for help and post it here. If you have further details it would help also.
