Do you mean in captivity at the mo?

If so then i'd say:

Solygia sulcatifrons

Plistospilota guineensis

Idolomantis diabolica Length wise, S sulcatifrons is potentially the longest but it has less mass than

Say Hierodula membranacea.

It's about 13 cm. There are pics on TerraTypica, but the database is temporarily not available.

These were all species from the hobby. The largest in the hobby should be Solygia sulcatifrons at moment.

The largest species worldwide are Ischnomantis gigas and about 2 Toxodera species. There were several threads on this topic.

Isn't that the same size as Heterochaeta strachani? Nobody has H.strachani anymore?

Unfurtunately not. This species is slightly smaller than 13 cm. Any other Heterochaeta species will be sufficient anyway...

Those were never I. gigas, but Solygia sulcatifrons. We thought first, due to their size, that that species might be I. gigas, but it turned out to be S. sulcatifrons - which isn't much smaller, by the way.
