Trying my hand at fruit fly cultures

I'm sick of having the buy fly cultures and then having them die off after just a few weeks, so I did some research and decided to give a go at making my own cultures...



Hopefully it works!

I used the mix that is suggested on www.mantisplace.com and added some pink food dye to make them a bit festive, ha ha.
