Greetings all and thanks for allowing me to join the forum.
This is my second attempt at raising mantids, the first being a dismal failure, I took on a couple of creobroter gemmatus (jewelled flower mantis) which proved beyond my ability to keep healthy, they lasted for 5 weeks before succumbing to bacterial problems. Learned a lot from my mistakes and am eager to try again, I took in a couple of L4 hierodula blue (Malaysian blue mantis) last week and am trying my best to give them a good start. Eager to learn from experienced keepers and breeders and pick up any tips or pointers, I'm looking to make this a long term hobby as I find these creatures fascinating.
