Unidentified Bauduins Thai 2

I was kindly given these a while ago, they are very new to culture i think and so they havent even been identified yet

Rather ennoyingly though my adults matured at different times and so again there was no males when my females were adult >.<

Funny behaviour in them though, very cryptic.

I really love these insects, I am afraid they bite. Do they? and how hard is it to get them food in the winter?
