I saw the mating, so should be fertile. Laid about 10 days ago.

I will consider trades, or $30 plus shipping.

US only please.

Hi Schloaty.

I have many ooths of Psuedoharpax virescens, the Gambian spotted-eye flower mantis, available for sale or trade, and would like to trade with you for your ooth. This species is a nice communal flower mantis that matures quickly - I got my first male in only 46 days, and my first ooth to hatch did so in just 25 days, with 3 more hatches this week. I have 25 ooths left (with lots more to come) and will soon be overrun with nymphs, so I hope to sell or trade as many as possible.

The ooths are all very fertile as I keep the adults in pairs, rotating the males often, and they mate freely and frequently, with no cannabolism. I do keep them well-fed.

If you are interested in a trade for this nice little mantis species, please let me know.

Here is my name and address where to send your ooth if you want to exchange:

Don Leveson

1616 Piedmont Ave NE #D-4

Atlanta, Georgia 30324

Hope so! And I hope to hear from you soon. I can get a package sent out to you right away if you give me an address where to send.

Thanks,

Don L.

PS: I will have by early Autumn ooths of Carolina and Chinese Mantis species if you might like some of those at a later date. Take care.

Hi Don,

I'm not really into small mantis species. They're too difficult for me to feed in the winter. None of my local pet stores carry anything but crickets, wax worms, meal worms and super worms. No fruit fly vendors....And my wife would put me in a shallow grave if I tried to culture fruit flies.

However, I would be willing to go for a Chinese ooth when it becomes available, though, as I can store it outside over the winter, and release the extra babies in the Garden (they do live around here, just not really common in my neck of the woods).

Let me know if that suits you.

Hi Dave.

Thanks for the reply. I will save this page and let you know when I have Chinese Mantis ooths.
