I bought some miomantis caffra ooths from @Weta.
Prices were cheap, communication was excellent, especially considering time zone differences, and the packaging was perfect. I wouldn't hesitate to work with him again.
Both ooths came packaged in a plastic bubble wrap envelope in a small vial plugged with tissue. They look undamaged. I will update when they hatch!
