what's a better way to end a posting hiatus than to post some recent mantis pics!! all taken this morning

first off is an L4 male majuscula

L1 hierodula bipapila, recently hatched

a nice shot of an idolo

and finally, for now, a demonstration with a creobroter pictipennis ooth

u can see the "eyes" of the developing babies through the ooth

heres some arrows to aid

and a circle to help further

and dont complain "agent a that's not a circle", because this is mantidforum, not geometry class :tt2:
