So my latest ooth that hatched only hatched out about 25, and from the die off there are now 4 left (used to be 5 but i accidentally dropped one and squished it). Is this normally how many would die from one ootheca? also is there an average percentage of how many will die off? I have chinese mantis oothecae

A chinese mantis ooth should hatch out hundreds of nymphs but the majority usually die off for some reason or other. Possibly there was a problem with incubation with only 25 hatching. Percentage wise, it may be the "norm" based on how few hatched.

Sometimes They Dont All Hatch At Once, I Have Had Ooth Hatch OUT All The Way Up To A Week. And Yes Chinesse Has A High Death rate

yes this one hatched 4 the first day, about 20 the second day, and two days later two more hatched. I still have it in a container just in case.

I had them at room temprature. Could misting have been a problem? I didn't mist this ooth but i misted the others (no excuse)

I Normally Incubate TheM At 85 Degrees , The Room Temp May Be The Problem.
