So, both my Mantis' have laid 2 ooths on the screen of their tank. I'm scared that removing then will damage the eggs inside so I have moved the girls to other homes and left the ooths in the tank they were laid in. Are they alright to hatch in the tanks or should I remove them. If I should remove them... what is the best way to detach them from the screen without damaging the eggs inside?

The first tank is an exo terra tank that opens from the top and the front. The second tank is a 7 gallon tall glass tank that opens from the top. They both have "jungle bedding" as substrate and there are a few fake plants, real sticks and branches and a small shallow water dish (there isn't actual just a folded up damp paper towel.....more for extra humidity then for actual drinking). If I let the ooths hatch in the tanks, will it be ok to keep all the sticks, branches and plants in there.

Thanks in advance for your input :)

I'd personally give them at least a week to dry. Pry carefully and if needed use a razor blade to get in between the cage and the ooth. Ooths with little foam will usually just pop off but the ones like you have there can be easily damaged on the outside if not careful. It shouldn't be that difficult but you need to make sure it is dry.
