What is this new mantidforum webpage set up?????

So I just got back from New York and I was on mantidforum but from my kindle fire. There was a new webpage set up than I usually have. I thought it was the mobile version, but I am on my computer and it like this. I dont think it is just me. If this has already been explained give me a link to that thread.

Personally I like the old page setup better

Ya. I signed out and it went back to normal but when I signed in it was still weird. Anyone know how to fix it?

I had issues when I had windows compatibility view on, turned it off and it was fine?

My windows Compatible thingy was on (It was bolded) but it stikll looks the same. What should I do now? I turned it off but it looks the same

Idk if this helps but on the bottom of this page there is a change theme button. There is an option for IP.Board and IP. Board Mobile, maybe that is it?
