what should i do with this dubia roach? think he/she is stuck in her own skin

ive never seen this before, so i have to ask. this cookroach have been laying like this since yesterday, she/he does move her legs trying to move outoff it. but she/he havent even moved 1m.m since yesterday. how can i help it to get outoff the skin? or is it something else it is doing? because ive never seen this before.

Yeah i use them as food, but i still care about them :p and ive never seen this before so i had to ask what hes doing.

 
She is probably dying. Feed her off quick or just get rid of her. Who knows what it could be? If it is diseased it might pass whatever is killing it onto the mantis. It is an adult, because she is shiny, so she isn't molting. Looks like she had some sort of accident and has been damaged.

what kind of accident? my cage isnt so big that they can fall, ive never seen a roach molt before so i had to ask if this was a mismolt or sumthing else.
