I've heard of this guy. His experiments are flawed and he sells regular water at hugely inflated prices. I'm on my way out for the day, but if no one posts a refutation, I'll do one when I get off work.

Loved that movie at the time. It was all or partly filmed in Portland (my hometown), adding to the surreality of the experience for me. I actually watched it AT the Baghdad theater it was partly filmed in. Here's the scene, though it's a bit hard to provide context to viewers who haven't seen the movie.

Yeah, that water scene is very hokey but expands the imaginative brain and is an illustrative, if scientifically inaccurate, metaphor for the limiting effects of negative thinking. The overall movie is a fun ride down the consciousness rabbit hole.
