Dont know if this is the right section but dont care as im worried crapless, i posted on here or another forum about my female get some mould on her cerci and if it is actually mould, people just said it was hairs but now there mouls over her entire abdomen, some of her wings, and a bit of her back legs, will the ooths she laid still hatch?

What can i do and what the h3ll actually is it?!

What mantis species is it? Can you post pics? If it is mold, taking it out to the sunlight should kill it off...(I think, unless it's fungus.) If it's not in patches, it's not mold and probably hair. Even my P. Ocellata have hair all over, especially the pronotum. You can see it in some of my close-up pics.

Yea i know bugs have hairs coming outa everywhere, but this is like a think layer of fluff, i`ll try what you said, cause i think it may be a little too humid, will it effect the ooths and laying?

Yep, the UV rays kill mold. However, you have to consider, what is the mold feeding on? If it's feeding on the mantis, I guess it has enough time to lay an ooth. Not sure if it'll effect the ooth though...

It work?

Hardly doubt it is a mold. Unless it is really damp and the mantis has some kind of organic material on it's body to allow mold to grow I doubt it's mold. We need a pic.

Made the tank more airy and it was gone the next day

AND

Her ooth hatched!!!!!!!!!!!
