When to feed L2 Pseudocreobotra wahlbergi?

I have recently have gotten 4 Pseudocreobotra wahlbergi and I am wondering when should I feed them fruit flys?

I'm guessing every 2 days?

Feed them when they are skinny, don't feed them when they are fat. Every 2 days should be fine.
