Today my giant asian nymph I think at L3 or L4 ate 2 pin head crickets and a small fly how long should I wait now to feed again? Should it be the same a adult 2-3 days or will they eat everyday? What is best? Thanks for the advise in advance

I go by the belly of the mantis. If they have a really fat belly they are good for a few days or until molt. If they look kinda thin then keep on feeding.

Yeah, Just like davedood, I just judge by their bodies.

You can tell when they are filled up and when they are getting thin.

Also, depending on the species they may know not to over eat and will just threat pose/refuse to eat/run away from the food when they are full (Not budwings though :p )

I generally feed every other day. However if the mantids abdomen is thin you should feed more or feed more often. If very, very fat feed less. It's all up to you. But pinheads are probably too small for that one.
