When will my empusids' metabolisms go back to normal?

Hey all for like 3 weeks all my mantises were outside but it's gotten cooler and my blephs and idolos don't want to eat and haven't for several days

I put them back under the bleph lamp

When should they regain appetites and all??

The idolo has been subadult for 15 days the female bleph is adult so i don't think so...

Maybe sudden changes in temperature caused them to be stressed. You didn't add the details about the stage of your mantids. I thought the mantids are nymph. I'd give them time to gain & adjust to its temperature because they were put outside for 3 weeks.
