For heat packs I go with [TSK Supply](http://www.tsksupply.com/categories/Heat-Packs/) they have price breaks for bulk purchases.

I buy my boxes from Uline because they are local, and I can pick up boxes on my way to work. I get the foam insulation from Menards or Lowe's and cut it to fit in the boxes. I've purchased heat packs from multiple sources, but lately I've been ordering them from Pangea Reptile because that's where I buy Repashy media.
