white blood flows of my mantis after moulting

my cute little mantis has moulted 1 hour ago everything seems to to alright bud now some strange white blood flows out of her abdomen bedween 2 sterniets... i hang her upsided down ona stick so i hope that she dont lose too much of it(whatever it is, bud i noticed i black spot on that place before the mantis molted... is this bad.. does she die.. is she sick...or do i have to calm down... help me out!

Best to not disturb them for a couple days after molting. The blood is usually green. It shouldn't kill it and will clot on it's own eventually.
