White Flies

Will White flies be ok for A mantis to eat babies that is. I have a friend I work with who owns to organic farms and he said he can get those for me all day, so curious if those will be ok for my babies . Thank you

I wonder how long it will take him to catch a reasonable number of them for you. His time might be better spent going down to a pet store and buying a fruit fly culture for you
