just recently a sub adult mantis thats not a chinese molted to a adult and had a perfect wing folding and everything and for some reason now her wings dont look like the are properly folded and dont think its a mis molt but the wings look like they are parted showing the red coloring underneath and wonder if this is anything to be concerned about

I wouldn't be. If they are just folded wrong the mantis should fix it. If it is due to a molting issue there is nothing you can do. It won't hurt anything.

If it's a female, it doesn't matter. If it really bothers you, cut the wings off, they are of no use to a female mantis.
Wings are of use to a female mantis. In nature they may help a female mantis fly to better areas where food is more plentiful. Not to mention if a heavy gravid female were to lose her grip and fall, her wings can help her lesson the impact to the ground. If her wings are not impairing her movement, then leave them be.

but a female becomes too heavy to fly after a week or 2

Two weeks after what, Agent A? <_< After eating? After getting pregnant? Say what you mean! And don't make grossly generalised statements about the mantid world. My female Snake flies when I let her out of her enclosure regardless of having eaten or not.

nahh would not want to be cruel and cut her wings off and besides she is being bred right now with her wings as they are and the male has no problem with climbing on top and this is not a problem anymore!
