worried about pet

Hi guys and gals,been kind of worried my mantis today.She'ss only a 3rd instar i thnk,bot she's been kind of brown-opauque color todat.She is hanging up side down right now.For a while she looked like she was pulling a hoody off or soming ,but now it doe'snt.DOes it sound like shes molting every one

I've misted her,she went to the top part of the leaf.I was in the hospital about 3 days i'm not sure my friend took real good care of them,although the others looked fine.The linoela in question her sister seemed to have had a successful moult while i was gone.
