WTB- adult female or close to it dead leaf mantis also nymphs

I've had an unexpected quick start to my library program season.  A couple of libraries have booked shows for the end of March (usually they don't start popping up until June)  and I am finding myself short a few stars.  My primary interest would be an adult, or close to it female dead leaf mantis.  I'd prefer D. dessicata but D. lobata would also work.  I would also consider adult, or close to it, females of other species that are on the inexpensive side. 

I'm also looking specifically looking for D. dessicata or P. paradoxa nymphs.  I will consider others and I scour the FS ads daily but if you have something else let me know.

I live in Twin Lakes Wisconsin USA.
