I woke up this morning to find my Texas unicorn molting into a sub-adult. I can even see the little bud-wings on him. :D

I'm so happy cause it's my first sub-adult. But I was wondering, how long does it usually take a texas unicorn to dry. I'm a tad bit worried that he might've motled wrong. *worry worry worry*

He's probably fine though.

It should take maybe half an hour for him to dry/harden to a level where he's not completely vulnerable. I'd say he's done hardening when he's eating again.

joossa: No I don't have a camrea at the moment. I wish I did. I have so many pretty mantises.

OGIGA: I came home from school and he was dry. he's not eating though. Hopefully he'll start to eat soon.
