I got my chinese mantids to mate. This is my first time trying to breed anything so I could use a little advice.

Like when she start laying ooths and what should I do with them? Should seperate the ooth from the mom?

Any advice would be helpful.

Within 5 days mostly. if she is fat enough.

I would seperate the ootheca, that way you have control over the nymphs and the mom wont eat them

You don't have to seperate them right after she lays the ooth. It will take 4-6 weeks to hatch.
