Arrow is acting strange...

Arrow is acting wierd... He just is hanging out on the mesh top of enclosure with his face smooshed against the side, he has rub marks too and he isn't eating (although his stomach isnt extremely skinny)... Galaxy did this too when he was adult but Arrow is sub-adult and so is Oliver and Oliver isnt doing it though... Any ideas?
