Native to Borneo, Malaysia, and Thailand, this small boxer mantis has been on my list of species I want to keep but probably will never get the chance to. Recently, however, I was able to finally get my hands on a pair. Really excited to hopefully breed these and help them become available to many more breeders here in the USA.

My first ever mantis was an Otomantis scutigera. Granted, I got send a whole other horde of mantises from the friend, but I consider that girl to be the first.

I miss boxer mantises in the hobby.

Thanks for all the support! Here are some updates on my group! My female molted to adult! The male is still subadult, so I have successfully slowed down the male, and I have good chances at a second generation. Here are some photos!:
