Ewww fly larva,
somehow maggots gives me the shivers. But they are for sure juicy. He will like it.

Only time thistles dont want to eat is pre molt. Otherwise, they eat eat eat.
I feed them daily until their bellies are full. Then I let them skip days.
Now orchids. Holy. Where they put all the food is beyond me

I look at abmomens: when they are thin, they get something, but bellies full after their dinner, skip a few days 
Ghosty have thin abdomen, but he has to wait a day after his molt before getting flies
