Thanks for the welcomes, i am hopefully gonna start myself with a chinese praying mantis as ive heard there one of the easier species to look after.

Welcome, I think Chinese are a great starter(my first mantis) they don't need much special care, but when there about to molt they could use some humidity to help shed there skin.
