Hestiasula brunneriana 1st instar nymphs

i just got a fresh adult pair this morning. i got told they feed on d.melanogaster fruit flies at 1st instar but im confused..

they're bigger than my creobroter gemmatus and they can easily take d.hydei.

how big are the nymphs?

The first instar nymphs are very tiny, smaller than Creobroter. They do eat melanogaster though.

As Andrew said, they are really a tough bunch, but smaller things do tend to be toughter, take the famous Ido...l...tis, not tough at all! notice I did not use the whole name
