I'd wait at least a couple weeks and try. If he shows no interest or acts stupid then try again every few days. The older males tend to get down to business pretty fast.

I've mated males who had been adults for a week. Usually doesn't work but I have done it.
I know it's possible but i don't think it's good for them.

There are a lot of opinions on this subject, most say 2,5-3 weeks, som say 2, i say 4.

The reason i say 4 weeks is because my tenodera male didn't want to mate at 3 weeks.

at 4 weeks he sorta went for it but he got clumpsy and lost his head.
