One of Ailise and Lucas's ooths is hatching! Three nymphs so far, but it's huge so I'm expecting more. The third isn't even all the way out yet.

So exciting!

Thanks guys! I just took a picture of the third nymph. It just hatched. Not that great of quality since it was taken through the plastic container:

It and its siblings are stumbling around learning how to use their legs. Aww.... :wub:

Nine so far! It's a HUGE ootheca, so hopefully more will hatch tomorrow. In fact, this is the biggest ooth I've ever had :)

 
Yeah, for about five months :)

They're all still alive, but one's kind of deformed, so I don't think it will make it :) All the rest are happy and active though. It's interesting how different they are from the S. limbata nymphs that hatched on Saturday.

 
I can hardly believe it but more are hatching! There must be about 60 now! :) And another M. religiosa ooth hatched this morning as well. About 40 from that ooth so far.
