Nice pictures. But that's not a chinese mantis. Stagmomantis species.
I was thinking the same thing. Looks like a green female Carolina. I have one bright green adult male and 2 that are purple/brown shades like your other female. Good pics though

Awww, I wonder why I have so many carolinas? Anyways, she (he?) has moved spots but hasnt tried to escape or anything, so thats good. The woodlice population and springtails are BOOMING in the viv, so Im going to plant some ferns on the back wall with some other sort of trailing viny plant...

 
She's a girl. Those little half wings are a dead giveaway when it comes to the Carolinas. That's probably the most populous species in your area, which is why you keep finding them. It's the same way here, caught 4 wild this season
