scared i overfed

I was trying to feed my mantis and accidentally let two flys in her feeding thing. shes very bloated now and i’m scared she will rupture her stomach from todays feeding

What species is she? I think that she should be ok - just don't feed her again until her belly gets flat again. They can swell to be pretty big!

2 flies wont hurt it, I give mine 4 or 5 a time.

she should be fine, mine can eat their own weight in food and get massive and be completely fine, just dont feed her again until she looks flat
