    erm... HELP...

    just poke about under there. He'll run out when you get near/ touch him. He wont bite you and wont run very fast. Easy.Done it a few times when stuff has ran in the spider room.

    New ghana Miomantis...

    It was bought from Martin French. I was looking at them myself. They look a bit like abyssinica but not as stocky. Not sure but I seem to remember it having stubby wings as well but may be getting mixed up.
