I purchased some red turkistan roaches from blackmelo (UK mantis forum) which I have under advisement are far better for her than crickets,they also cannot jump like crickets. Just got them...

    Thankyou all so much, i am feeding her mostly stage two crickets as she is catching them no bother, i fed her one mealworm when i first got her outside of her home just to make sure she had eaten.
