    how my mantises are doing.

    well i am down to only one chinese left......(not to active....but not to bad). but on the brighter side i found a s.carolina ooth yesterday.three of my chinese females laid eggs.and on top of that today we found 11 chinese ooths just walking around. two of them are a bit small so not sure if...

    well today i got a carolina mantis ooth. and was wondering about a few things. (1). how much misting (2). good temp. (3). fridge time req.(and if any if not please say.) (4) about hatch time and # of nymphs ty for taking the time to awnser my questions.

    the chinese i found last weekend the 15th i belive laid an ooth today im not sure if ooth is fertile since it was wild caught.

    well i have four chinese ooths, do they "need" fridge time? and if so how long two are older than the rest if they do need fridgetime is it to late to put them in?

    well just a while ago we found a female chinese mantis in a field next to a fence plus like 3 ooths she looks nice plump and ready to lay ooths she seems really healthy and active ~elf(central united states)

    i read somwhere that hummingbirds when scared are prone to get heat attacks so...that gets rid of the challenge of holding the birds...also on youtube a mantis catching a snake and a mouse. kills the mouse, but snake gets away with a few bites

    i have two questions about chinese ooths this is my first season (1). when spraying with water do i spray ooth directly? (2). dose a chinese mantis ooth need to go through a overwinterwing period and if so how long? ty for your time ~

    saturday luna a brown chinese mantis layed an ooth. then to days later saphira my favorite green chinese matis layed hers...now if the can just lay more ...........

    well i find mantids all the time BUT i can not seem to find the ooths any tips i have 15 acres of woods and a field where should i look? :huh:

    no,not dehydration i waterd everyday or everyother day but how of old age with out laying ooth
