Has anyone tried Josh's Frogs Roach rations premium roach food? And if it is any good to feed to Red Runner roaches? Or if it has any negative effects on mantises that eat roaches that have eaten this food?

If she can eat that is a good sign for sure. Hopefully she can straighten when she molts.

Oh dear that is a bad molt. Her forearms look to be in bad shape. Can she use them at all? If she can't use her arms to eat then she will have to be hand fed if that is the route you want to go and see if she can molt again and straiten. Though chances are slim but not impossible. It usually is...

They are out of stock on the website that's the only reason I haven't gotten them from him. Bugsincyberspace is where I originally got them from. I would totally get them from there if they were available.

That is what I use for my flies. I haven't had any problems with it. And the flies seem to love it.

Yeah I did see some on Ebay. Oh dear that's not fun to be allergic to them. I know people can be allergic to roaches which is one reason they aren't more popular I guess. And no there are no reptile shows I know of near me.
