I wish I had a lady old enough for him, all I've got at the moment is all L1/2 nymphs and two L4 males.

I've never used either, so I can't answer that one. With my ghosts I usually stick with the normal foods (flies,roaches,moths,etc..) and occasionally a bit of honey.

Truth be told? I stopped using sticks with them unless I wrap it in shelf liner or mesh to prevent that from happening. I usually don't even bother using them though, the setups I've been using have been working thus far. "...if it ain't broke, don't fix it." Lol. ;)

Me too! :) Thanks man, I appreciate it. I've already had molts from 3 of my 4 babies. Two of them molted THE day I got them... luckily I had temporary idolo homes ready and was in the process of making newer "idolo friendly" 32oz cups. (Also temporary.) The 3rd molted sometime this evening...

Yeah, the female shown did molt though,  so she's one ahead. However the other female and two males are due for their molts too.

I've been working with them for a few minutes each day just to get them used to being handled and such. Valkyrie is a handful when she wants to be, but the newcomer is surprisingly tame already and she's younger. Both of them like a head and chin rub though ;)   I've been reading a lot on them...
