I to find that Lobata females hang out inches from the ooths they lay. I keep my adult females in 18"x18"x4' tall screen enclosures. Ooths are usually laid in the mid range of cage on a branch. Females prior to laying often travel entire length of cage. And then hang out close to egg case...

They will lay a few to several ooths depending on care. Adult life span depends on a few factors, temps, food, hydration. I generally have them hatch between 2 to 3 month. And have had as long as 6 months after, and as short as month and a half.

I would say that the temps in the area Danny lives are perfect for the adult Idolo's right now. They do appreciiate the natural UV's and sunlight. And keep a eye on them if placed outside of a cage. If you let them warm up too much, they can and will fly away. Even the females are good at flight.

I'd say that's it. Most I've had hatch out at a time is 123. I just had a weak hatch of only 6 from a ooth over the weekend.
