+1, also considering that a heavier, larger specimen/species missing a leg may have a trickier time supporting itself on 3 legs, occasionally resulting in a missmolt.

I too have had a small number of my Odontomantis nymphs die. Don't worry, this is generally a normal case with most species. You will usually have a few "weak" nymphs die off during the earliest instars for various reasons. Have any of your other oothecae hatched out? My Bleph ooth from Nico's...
