How often does the enclosure need to be cleaned when you have isopods?

I just released my Chinese nymphs that hatched several days ago. Every time I would open the lid, several would get out. I fed them a couple of times...some ate and some didn't, but it was just too much pressure! I'm a new owner of 7 exotic nymphs so I want to give my attention to them at this...

Hey Alex, Living in California,  I get Chinese mantids all the time in my garden because I buy the ooths at a local nursery. My neighbors bring me mantids they find and I keep them in net cages. They're so much fun to raise. This year is my first with the exotics and  I have never raised them...

Welcome, Alex. Your English is excellent. How long have you been keeping mantids and  what are your favorites?

I'm going to the Costa Mesa pet expo tomorrow to check out repticon and possible mantids. 

I purchased 2 oothecas at a local nursery (Chinese mantids I think) and put them in deli cups. One hatched this morning and there are tons of nymphs. Not sure if I should just release most of them and keep a few. I'm not a breeder but have just recently purchased a few exotic nymphs. Thoughts?

Purchased my first exotics from Peter, 3 dead leaf. Great packaging; all were happy and healthy. Unfortunately, 2 died from mismolts. I emailed Peter about what may have gone wrong and he suggested low humidity as I had them in small net pop up cages. Thanks for your help Peter. Anyway, so far...
