    P. ocellata photoshopped

It's here, notice how the cricket's antennae is down in the original and how off to the side the pic is. Look very closely at the pic and you can tell the difference. The mantid's head and the cricket is a big give-away, I think it was edited pretty well.

    P. ocellata photoshopped

That's exactly why I fed it a cricket, plus they can take on the crickets with no problem. The houseflies stopped coming because it's too cold now. Well, we took the picture of it and the background is actually a bunch or drawers, baskets and a green chair. This is a picture edited with NO...

Thanks for stating that and not going "NUBZ0R DUN U N0 FLYTREP EET UR BUGZ!" The camera is a L18 Nikon COOLPIX. It's pretty good and it's cheap. He bought it for $134 at best buy. I'm pretty sure you can find better ones.

    Pseudocreobotra ocellata

Yeah, When I first bought it, the plant was small but had alot of traps, I wondered why it was so crowded and when i went to repot them I found out that there were actually 6 individual rhizomes in there. This is one of the 2 that I let flower. I cut out flowers off the other 4.

I'm obliged to show you how bored I am

That's the way it's suppose to be done. That's why they call it Art. It took me 10 minutes because I was watching Spongebob :P I don't take it personal though Frankie, you and I are like the Soda and the Can. I thought it would give it more of the "feeling" so I drew it with that particular...

I'm obliged to show you how bored I am

OK, so I'm just really bored right now so I took 10 minutes to sketch this. It's a zombie kid who has just lost his pet mantis. What do you think?

Just thought I'd ask for all's sake

Humidity on the outside has a slim affect on the mantids ability to molt. It's the amount of water they drink prior to a molt. During it's pre-molt, you'll have to mist it not just for humidity, but so it can drink it. Of course it has to be in a high place with good grip for it to properly molt.
