    Vanishing Mantis...o.O

I had an ooth hatch in my room last Thursday and am still finding random survivors around the house. Mom found one on the whole other side of the house and I found on on the floor last night. They somehow survived a week without fruit flies, maybe they got other bugs around the house lol.

Buying bugs from othere people here stinks.

Dont "buy" free mantids from Veggie. I sent him 20$ for overnight shipping last week!!! And still have no bugs and NO response from him other than telling me to check again. He wont even tell me what company he used for shipping. All I wanted were some nymphs and all I got was a huge hassle!!

    Survivors!

So last year I found a Mantis Religiosa, a Stagmomantis Limbata, a male unknown and another that died the same day I found him. The limbata and the religiosa turned out to be females and laid me some ooths. And I found a random one or two in our trumpet vine. Flash forward to the present...

    Random mantis deaths

Does it stay on the curtains Alex? Ive often thought about letting one of my bigger girls roam free on a small tree I have in the livingroom, but seeing as we have Cat's it'd have to be my bedroom and I reeealllly dont want to end up squishing her in my sleep if she touches my face!
