Can a scented candel harm my mantis? or like rubbing alcohol just the smell no contact at all obviously , sum things I seen online say yes it can but others say they have no sense of smell

Ok thanks this is my first mantis so it’s all kinda new to me and she just always seems hungry so just wanted to make sure I’m not gona hurt her, usually give her about 3/4 hyidea a day kinda thing sum times is skip a day if she’s lookin plump lol

Just kinda wondering I have a young Asian giant mantis 2 shed and she always seems hungry one day she ate 4 flightless flys I moved up to feeding her hydeas flys because there about 2 times bigger then the last ones I was feeding but she just always seem to want more will she eat tell she pops...

And it is crazy how much bigger they are after each molt it’s so cool
