sorry guys I figured (as usual) bigger is better but clearly not in the "mantis" world. lol I like the idea of splitting the cage up..and btw I glued it in a way where I can easily razor blade it off if it gets to be too much. So I guess I'll be revamping and reading up some more on my vacation...

bassist: LOL its huge because I got it for free honestly if I didn't get it for free i would have done a 5 gallon tank. Orin: Thanks for the ideas I'm still not finished with the tank yet but I like the idea of an ivy plant on the side to top. I'll probably have another update today or tomorrow

thanks for the welcome! actually I forgot to include this but the tank is going to stand on its side (like in the first picture)...In my reading I've found that orchids live in well orchids (I would have never guess :) )...so I plan on growing an orchid on the bottom of the tank..again I'm not...
