HELP! Really need some advice. ASAP

She liked the offer of water. Drank copiously. Then she moved away and started to bite me with quite a bit of fervor as if hungry. Would it hurt to offer her some honey?

    Eggbound Heirodula

She took a lot of water from me yesterday. Then she moved away and started to bite my hand as if she was hungry. I understand that I shouldn't feed her. Would it hurt to offer her some honey?

    Eggbound Heirodula

Help! I have an eggbound Heirodula. She is so swollen her head is on the ground. Any suggestions that might help her? Will mating her help? I have a male but he seems uninterested in her. I only exposed him to her once. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

What do I do if she is eggbound? Won't that kill her? She is literally with her head on the ground because her back end is so big and swollen. What do I do? And she is refusing to eat. . .

    Hello from San Diego

Silkworms. That's an interesting idea. Looking forward to seeing a pic of the little one! A lot of us use non-gender-specific names for our mantids, that way no matter what it turns out to be, we are safe! LOL ;)
